Here's what you'll need in order to apply for a fandom character:
* A Profile-You can find an example here. It doesn't have to be anywhere near as long, but you do have to give people who aren't familiar with the fandom or character an idea who or what your character is about.
* Writing Sample-We ask for one POV and one 3rd person, but if you choose to write a scene instead, that's fine. If you're new to rpg,we'll probably ask you to rp with one of the mods first. * Age your playing them-Sometimes people like to play characters from different seasons or in different verses. Like for instance, post book 7 Harry Potter or Marauders-Era Snape.
PB:
* If your fandom has someone from the movie or tv show who plays the character, you have to stick with that pb unless you're playing a younger or older version. For example, you may not have Seth Green play one of the Weasley Twins, nor may you have Josh Hartnett play Terrence Higgs. Past and future versions are only allowed if it's canon within the verse/fandom. If we find out it isn't canon and you're doing a future or past version, you'll most likely get yanked.
* No hoarding PB's with the exception of OC's. Even then,it's limited and need approval from the mods.
* Just because you're with someone in canon doesn't mean you are here. Check with their player first to see if they agree. A Lana may be more interested in a storyline with a Lex than a Clark. If no one has claimed a Lana, then Clark may assume it,but when someone claims her, they need to speak with the player about continuing the storyline.
* If the character is under 18,they have to be enrolled in school. If they're over 18,no one's going to force them to go to college or finish high school. They don't have to live in dorms if they don't want to,but they should have foster parents of some adult to live with if they're under 18. They have the option to work after age 15 if they want to,but it's not necessary. They can't start a business or anything like that without a parent unless they're 18,but they have to be at least 15 to work.
* If they're non-human,meta-human or from a fandom like Harry Potter, they have the option to live in a special "pureblood" dorm where they can avoid being paired with a human character without any abilities. The same goes for the humans-There will be one human dorm available for characters in fandoms like "Gossip Girl" or "One Tree Hill" so they don't have to pair up with non-human or meta characters.
