It was wrong. She knew it was wrong, but she couldn't help it anyways. What began as a small bubble of giggles turned into small fit of laughter. Of course, Brigid thought it was appalling that no one believed Riley, yet she found it equally as hilarious.
"I'm sorry;" she said, trying to stop the laughter. "Your friends have just made my night."
Setting down the glass in her hand, she propped a hip against the bar counter and placed one hand on her hip. "First of all, of course Maxie doesn't believe him; he thinks he's Merlin's gift to woman and is insanely jealous since I've repeatedly turned down his invitation to join the 'party in his pants'," Brigid explained to Sarah before leaning in closer to her. "Just between us and the very reliable source who told me, the only party in Maxie's pants is between him and the nasty little thing he carries down."
Another server came by and ordered to mojitos, which Brigid leaned back and began making without a pause in her speech. "Besides, Riley is a sweet, kind, generous, brilliant delicious looking bloke who treats me like a queen. I'd have to be out of my bloody mind not to be with him."
As soon as the drinks were finished, she cast a quick glowing charm on making the mint leaves a neon green color, making the drink perfect for the swamp theme. "Two swamp-jitos on the bar!"
