The potion was helping with the noise and the light, but it still almost too much. Brigid unconsciously cringed when Rose spoke as she took her shoe and her bag from the other girl. Slipping the shoe on, she adjusted her clothing in a vain hope to remove the look of dishevel-ness.
Not really, she thought. "Well enough to make it upstairs," she whispered. Carefully slinging the bag over her shoulder, Brigid took slow, slightly wobbly steps towards the door. After only a few steps, she topped and turned toward the Ravenclaw girl.
"Please let me know if there is anything I can do to repay you."
