She was eternally grateful for the peace once the Head Girl left the loo. With her eyes squeezed shut, Brigid took deep breath after deep breath, hoping the the waves of sickness would just pass. Time meant nothing to Brigid as she kept her eyes squeezed shut even under her arm. There wasn't anything she could have done about the noise.
When Rose finally return, Brigid thanked the girl for her help. "No, this is fine," she said. Taking one of vials, she watched as her hand shook bringing the vial to her lips. The potion always tasted awful and this time was no different.
