Who: Remus and Lily Where: Lily's cottage When: October 20 evening What: Remus needs some distraction Status/Rating: WIP, Low
Remus was home. In many ways, Evan Rosier's arrival had been a wake up call. He had known that he couldn't hide in that cottage forever. But now he certainly couldn't hide there when Rosier was lurking about. He didn't want to see him and more and more, the cottage that he had built a home with Sirius had beckoned him. So home he had went; he had picked up his journal and only skimmed over the latest entries. He wasn't surprised that Helga and Lily had written to him and felt bad for making them wait.
He was glad to have the invitation from Lily. He knew that it would serve as something of a distraction, but he also suspected that she would give him the advice and sympathetic ear he suspected he readily needed at the moment. She would understand the difficulty of trying to protect a child whose life they had never seen.
He set out across Lockewood, aware that fall was here in earnest. It was almost a surprise when he realize that the seasons were changing in Lockewood. He came to Lily's cottage and knocked gently on the door, waiting for her to open it.
