Harry nodded. These were all valid points, and he had to concede that if the Death Eaters weren't actually doing anything bad, the watch might easily be considered the 'bad guys' if they went attacking the Death Eaters unprovoked. Well, unprovoked here, obviously. It still didn't make any ruddy sense about Regulus, but there was little for it now, at least for the moment. Harry resolved to speak to the man soon, just to see at which point in his history he was coming in from, and if there was any way he could be used maybe as a spy, or something.
Harry was also glad to know just how Greyback had arrived at the prison. He didn't know how long the village had gone without a warden, or if there had ever even been one before him, but the place had been inhabitable for anyone but Greyback; the stench that man created was... beastly.
"All right, so we'll just watch them for now, and at the first sign of wrongdoing, we go after them, then." He nodded to himself, as though having only decided it was a good idea after having heard himself speak the words. Harry slipped a piece of parchment towards himself and drew up two columns: watched and watchers.
"So we'll have Regulus on the watched list, then. Until we figure out what's going on there. Greyback's in prison, so there hardly seems a point - I'll watch him during my shifts and we can call it that. Tom Riddle," Harry wrote the names has he said then, looking up at Hermione and Teddy between names for their approval. "Who else is here?"
