Merlin had to admit, he liked that Lysander had opened up a little. The man was intelligent, well-informed, and seemed to enjoy explaining things, especially to an attentive listener. Myrddin was certainly an attentive listener. Nearly everything fascinated him, and especially anything new. Of course, any number of things were new compared to a fifth-century education, but he hadn't encountered this subject so far in his modern research.
