It was hard for Draco to want to talk about this, but he was beginning to feel like Al deserved an explanation. Al deserved special treatment and Al deserved to be the most important person in his life because he--
Well, because he was sleeping with Severus Snape behind his back, for starters, and he wasn't about to stop that. It was different though, it was a different relationship that he had with them both. It wasn't something he could explain to Al, but it was certainly something that Severus understood and at least respected.
As much as, Draco believed, Snape could respect anything.
After putting his journal away he'd gone to sit and wait in the living room for Al to arrive. Luna was there but she was painting in the kitchen and thus distracted enough by her own work to probably not even notice that Al'd come on, or that Draco would hasten him up to his bedroom.
