Who: Albus Severus and Teddy

What: Talking the talk and walking the walk.
Status/Rating: Incomplete, low

Good thing Skeeter had some common sense to put benches out along the street. Teddy didn't want to go inside Brews and Bottoms, but he didn't want to stand around outside the door looking like a loiterer. He sat outside on a bench where he could watch the pub doors while he played around with his hair and nose. He knew Albus would be off the clock soon, but he didn't know what colour he wanted to settle for tonight.

Turquoise was becoming too nondescript for him.

He was liking neon green and metallic silver better nowadays.

He didn't want his hair to go back to being a dull reddish brown, but with Severus gone, just like that, Teddy couldn't help lapsing back to looking normal when he wasn't thinking about it.

Albus was tired from work. Picking up everyone else's disgusting dishes was not exactly his cup of tea, but that's what he'd been stuck with. There had been time when he'd thought about asking for a new job, but Rita was such a pissy woman.

He let out a sigh as he stepped out the door, apron in his hand and found Teddy on the bench with an ever changing head. "Have you been sitting here so long that you're that bored?"

	Teddy sprang up to his feet and smiled. He could see how tired Albus looked, but usually he was energetic enough for the both of them. "S'good to see you too. Which do you like better? "Right," agreed Teddy readily. He'd admitted what was making him upset and that was enough. He didn't want to talk about it beyond that. Words wouldn't bring the same Severus Snape back.

"Aren't you tired of greasy pub food?" he asked, walking close so that their shoulders brushed and elbows occasionally bumped. "Let's go to a movie. They have hotdogs and nachos there, right?"
