Who: Andromeda and Sirius What: Andromeda needs to apologize. When: Sunday afternoon Where: Sirius' cottage Rating: TBD, not high I would imagine. Status: Incomplete
There was a number of things that had driven Andromeda to decide to go to Sirius' cottage. Not only was she worried about him because she was pretty sure he had played in the Quidditch match yesterday, but she also wanted to apologize to him as well. She had felt horrible as soon as their argument over the journals was over. It was a stupid really. She hadn't gone about asking him about his relationship with Remus right at all. She should have asked him in person, chosen her words better. Or perhaps, she ought to just have waited until Sirius decided to tell her him. Everyone was entitled to their privacy after all, even among family. All the same though, she had just wanted to know. Maybe it was because she wanted to be included in his life. She knew she was, of course. He had made an effort to see her when she had first arrived. She wasn't sure what it was, but she still felt bad for it.
And so, after cooking him a casserole and some soup .. and knitted him a hat because clearly, knitted things made everything better!, she started out for her cousin's cottage. Along the way, she tried to piece together what she wanted to say to him, her lips silently moving as she went over the words in her head. Thinking them and actually articulating then were too very different things though. When emotions were involved, Andromeda tended to trip herself up quite a bit. She wanted to do this though, even if she had to stumble through her apology. Knocking on his door after taking a deep breath, she stood back and waited.
