Apparently I have done something to anger God. Prostrating myself and begging for forgiveness doesn't seem to work he's gone quite old-testament on me. And he has roomed me with Satan. Which means I was right from the start when I didn't trust the homeless man. The only place he does not burn is our cabin and I believe that is only because he has to sleep here.
Like a sneaky devil, he got me last night as well. His slyness knows no bounds. I only slept an extra two hours! Five hours is not enough for returning my complexion to it's pristine and radiant condition! I'm afraid it's taking on a rather greenish tinge although from the looks of it I'm not the only one this has affected. I have acquired medication from the infirmary and have been taking two or three or five every hour. They leave me in a state of wonderful euphoria but it seems I can no longer feel my extremities. And I was almost certain I saw a tiny green man or two skitter past me.
I was in such a hurry to put out the fire Satan set my fine suit on that I ran, without thought, into the river. The Piranah do not appear to care about soot and I have some disturbing chunks taken out of my skin. Strangely I do not appear to be bleeding. Disturbingly this means I'm also not really healing. And no matter how much I eat I'm still hungry!
I had the strangest dream last night. I found a largish saw and started sawing the pretty blue haired girl's skull open and inside she had a tasty chocolate ice cream sundae. The best I've ever had. I'm not certain what that means but every time I see her I start to salivate so I've been avoiding her. How am I to apologize to God if I start trying to turn my fellow islanders into chocolatey treats?
Whoever keeps howling at night, I'd really appreciate it if you would consider the rest of us. We only get a few hours of sleep and I will not refrain from making your skull into a wonderful sundae bowl if you insist on keeping me up. I can't take it much longer. And my tummy keeps growling!

I keep forgetting to update this thing because I am still in search of the ‘invisiberry’ that we were supposed to collect for the last game and never found. I’m taking it as a personal challenge to find it. Plus it will help keep the monkeys from finding me all the time. They can really ruin a good day.
So far I’ve been out of luck and its boring looking for it alone, but Killua’s glowing eye-sockets are really scary and when he looks at me or at least I think he’s looking at me, they burn a hole right through my soul. Anyway, I’ve found some other nuts, berries and seeds, some of them don’t have strange aftereffects too… luckily.
My sleeping schedule has been ruined by my broom ‘cause it keeps hurling ice water on me while I am in my bunk trying to get some shuteye. Sleeping in trees doesn’t help either because for some reason, it always knows where I am. Oh, and it flies. I’d rather sleep with the rope and pulley system Bisuke-san had us use on Greed Island. At least I got used to holding the rope while sleeping so the giant boulder wouldn’t drop on my head and Bisuke-san isn’t here to cut my rope.
And I could really use a little kitty… like a little black kitty cat. Can I borrow a ..

I just
need it.
Oh and little green man, I have some paste you can borrow until you get enough doubloons to buy your own. =D I’m green too!

Well I can't say that I didn't try to put it out, but it's just a tad difficult when the rags, buckets and water catch on fire too, savvy? There might be something in the water here if it's catching on fire, mind.
I'm considering cutting the tail off too. What is this mark in my arm? It whips out in front of that... Bandaged... Person... and it just appears. Not sure if it really goes with the other tattoos, snakes were never really my thing. As long as it's not demanded I crew a ship I think I'm fine with it. I think I'll be fine regardless, always good to have some connections...
This fire thing is certainly interesting though. Kolbur, where are you?

GAI-SENSEI!!! Something is very very wrong with me, Gai-sensei!! I don't know what to do!! I need you to tell me what is wrong!! I cannot stop thinking about blood and I have no idea why!! I keep thinking about how warm and salty it is! How smoothly it slides down your throat and the color when . . . AAAAAAHHH!!!
I tried practicing in the clearing near the cabins this morning in order to better focus my mind, but after ten minutes I was too tired to move! I had to rest under a rock for two hours before I had enough energy to make it back to my cabin! This cape makes moving efficiently almost impossible. It keeps getting tangled on things! I cannot find my normal clothes anywhere and this suit is not at all suitable for taijutsu!!
This afternoon I found myself staring at the coffin Ducky-san and I found last week. It looks so cozy and dark. I am thinking about sleeping there tomorrow, but that doesn't seem right either!
Curry! Someone please make me some curry! I will focus on that and not think about blood anymore!!Would blood work as a base for curry, do you think?? AAAAHHH!!!!

AUGH I HATE THIS! I can't EAT anything! I have choco- er GOOD FOOD and I can't eat it, it just falls right back out! And the robe is a royal pain in the ass! The scythe would be flipping awesome if it wasn't twice my size. What is UP with that?!
I look pretty cool though. I mean... badass cool. Seriously, I look awesome. The question is, how can I see without eyes? I guess it's a good thing I have nothing to cut cause I tried putting the friggin' scythe down but it's stuck.
Now Lee's trying to peek at a naked girl and play a super hero and it's taking me too long to get out of my cabin so I can WATCH him!

What have I ever done to deserve such a privilege as this? To be a part of the living dead ... it is more than I could have hoped for! Though, I could do without this constant need for water and these tattered bandages. It's a shame the rest of the staff aren't here to see this.
I think Suke was a bit scared of me when he woke up this morning. (And I admit, I was startled myself.) He ran across the room and wouldn't return until I called him a few times. He still seems a bit ... on edge around me. It's a little down-heartening.
Now, there's some sort of mark on my arm ... I'm not quite sure what it is with these bandages distorting it a bit and whatnot. Perhaps it's an ancient curse I can use. I think I'll have to look through my book. Now, where did I leave that?

The next game has been announced! The game begins tomorrow morning at 8am! All effects will also begin at this time. The Island will update you with the details on the forums. In the meantime, here are the rules:
For the next game you are all playing tag! There are no rules other than once you've been tagged, you're it. The only safety is a designated sleeping time from 1am to 4am. This is the only time no one can tag another person.
This game ends the day after Halloween.

| The Scavanger Hunt is Over! |

Final score for the scavenger hunt:
Misao and Haruka were the miraculous and silent winners of the last game and are allowed to move into Sprawling Flatt. The Island will not reward them any further as they have not actually done anything.
In second place are Gon and Killua who have managed to gather six of the items listed on the scavenger list as well as acquiring a few non-required items that amused the Island. They will have to vacate the Flatt, however to allow the new residents to move in. Each will receive 15 doubloons. Gon will move into Dogwood Cabin and Killua will move into Hopseed Hovel.
Jack and Stephen came in third with five items. The Island was greatly amused by their commandeering of the Infirmary. Helga will be given a small vacation to recover from the poisoning done to her. Due to their creativity and their amusing endeavors, the Island will award Jack a new pair of boots. Stephen will receive a brand new American flag which he can use in whatever way he feels. Jack and Stephen will also receive 10 doubloons each and move into Snowdrift Hut.
Coming in 4th place are Kaname and Sousuke. They managed to acquire a few items the most amusing of which was the wand. The Island has greatly enjoyed Sousuke's unfortunate circumstances. Kaname will receive a new hair ribbon and flashbomb earrings. Sousuke will receive a new school uniform. Each will get five doubloons and move into Redrock Villa.
Coming in last with an enormous amount of items the Island did not request and some doubloons, are Ahiru and Rock. The Island is impressed with your tenacity and disappointed with your results. You may keep the items and consider that a reward for at least making an attempt. Rock will move into Hopseed Hovel and Ahiru will move into Chateau d' Haute.
Minagawa was not able to play as he came in late but he and Sukekiyo may move into Chateau d' Haute and he will receive five doubloons for his immediate integration into the game.

My had is now a pale chartreuse and it appears to have given up on killing both myself and the homeless man. I'm quite convinced the liberals slipped me something. You can't trust them!
My suit is ruined beyond repair, the homeless man and I woke up completely soaked in saltwater and surrounded by shiney things. Which reminds me, we appear to be rich! Ahh I can go back to a life of privilege. The first thing I need to do is buy a new suit. I really can't comprehend where all the salt water came from, we woke up back in the infirmary. I also have a very damp matchbox. I doubt it will work but maybe with the force of my will I can get them to light.
The homeless man is playing with an empty bottle and I haven't yet discovered if he plans on sending an SOS or simply playing spin-the-bottle. Seeing as Helga is still out cold the only people in the room are male so I believe it must be the first. Of course I understand even homeless people couldn't help but notice my charm and dashing good looks, but he seems to have some sense still and clearly I am not gay. Not so sure about him though. Has a bit of an obsession with jewelry.
While I waited for my clothes to dry, I started catching up on my show. I'm still VERY angry with the impostor but even I have to admit, he's a Formidable Opponent. And quite clever. I was especially fond of his 'small step for me but a huge step for me-kind'. I think I'll use that.
I am my only lifeline to the outside world! Copy me, don't quit the show, I need you! But it would be helpful if you would let people know that they should search. And send new suits.
If the little bratty boy asks, yes I am still ignoring him.

ATTENTION FELLOW PEOPLE ON THIS ISLAND! I have a very serious and important announcement to make! Someone has stolen several items from Ducky-san and myself! That is correct, there are thieves among us!
I discovered the items missing late this afternoon a short time after Ducky-san and I returned to our cabin. We had spent most of the day following the monkey I mentioned in my pervious posts. I was re-counting our items in order to update our inventory when I noticed that exactly six of the items we had the last time I counted were no longer there!
The missing items are as follows:
- 1 “Joy Station”
- 3 “Joy Station” game cartridges
- 1 box of “choco balls”
- 1 large button with the number 44 on it
If you see any of these items, please inform me immediately. Be on the lookout for suspicious individuals in or around the cabin areas. Any person with stringy hair, a peg leg or legs, eye patch, three cornered hat, red and white striped shirt, or in the company of a parrot should be treated with extra caution.
Here is our updated inventory:

Gon and I had a successful mission and I'm not going to complain at all. Even if Got something sort of stupid out of it. Plus the new guy made chocolate cake! Thanks new guy! It was really really really yummy! We were on our way to the kitchens and we saw Jack and Stephen fighting. Well... they were actually fighting together, against Stephen's hand. It was pretty funny, we had to get away because my tummy hurt from laughing. Plus cakes are better fresh.
We saw Sousuke through the window while we were searching and boy does he look FUNNY! Man, Kaname, you should just leave him be, he'll either turn back eventually or get eaten by deer, either way no big loss.
So Gon and I are going to be scarce for a bit, we've found something superfun and wanna check it out. Don't bother looking for us maybe we'll tell you about it when we're done.

Ducky-san and I are still working diligently to find the items the Island has requested. We have continued to follow the slightly odd little monkey I mentioned earlier, and our efforts have not gone unrewarded! He seems to be making his way from one stash of pilfered items to another. OK, so as of right now Sousuke looks kind of like a cross between an iguana and an emu. On the up side, he doesn't seem to be able to get out of the cabin so I shouldn't have too much trouble finding him for a while, but this whole situation is getting really ridiculous! I wish that blond kid would wake up so he could tell me how to fix him. I went by the infirmary this afternoon, but they don't see him waking up any time soon. I knew letting Sousuke knock him out was a bad idea.
I saw that the new guy claims to be able to do magic, so, erm, do you think you could maybe give me a hand with this? Have much experience with broken wands? I'm getting kind of desperate here. The game's almost over and I'm spending all of my time trying to chase down my mutant partner.

Well ... that certainly was odd. Looks like I messed up a bit, eh, Sukekiyo? Oh well. At least the 'bad boys' were punished; I heard them cry out and heard the screaming scone batter just before we showed up here ... in a kitchen (well, technically in a cupboard above a stove in a kitchen), of all places. It seems the spell knew just where to send us, ne? And they gave us this handy laptop and backpack full of supplies. Maybe I can find a good spell or two so I can use these items; I don't think I'll have much use for them otherwise.

Oops. It seems while trying to get down from the cupboard my flashlight has fallen into some (rather dirty) dishwater. Well, now that it's been contaminated (and probably doesn't work anymore), I can't use it in a spell. Pity. I was beginning to get some good ideas, too.
...... I'm hungry. We were pretty busy at work today, and I was trying to punish Toku and Maki while simultaneously attempting to curse Maki and Taro into being friends with my (strawberry-flavored) friendship spell that I didn't get a chance to eat anything. I wonder what they have in this place. Don't worry, Suke, I'll whip us up a nice cake to eat in a few minutes.
I wonder how Mitaka-san is doing. I'm sure the screaming batter is driving him up the wall (and hopefully the 'bad boys', too!). Jun and Taro should be able to take care of it, though. If not ... well, heh, that's not important right now, is it, Sukekiyo? Whatever happens to them will be well-deserved. I wish I could at least email one of them, though, to see how they are going to hold up without me until I get back (if and when I should decide to and am capable of doing so), but it appears as though I cannot get in touch with the outside world. ... Maybe I can get in touch with the 'other side'. Is there a fish head here somewhere?

So we've got a seagull feather and an alligator tooth. The first was easy to get, thanks to Michiru. The Alligator.... well, I think Misao needs to learn to go along with my plans more. But she did alright.
Of course, we're in the infirmary now. With bandages on our chained legs. Turns out alligators aren't interested in biting through bindings. Misao's right when she says this could work out for us though. We're being tended to by someone who said he's filling in for a Nurse Helga.
Michiru, however, has dissapeared. I can't believe she would run off like this and just abandon me, unless she's trying to find another item. Oddly enough, I don't know when she left exactly, either.
I think i'm starting to get into this game though. I've got a plan already thought out by now, and I'll just have to have Misao tell me what the hell half these things on the list are. Soon as we can, we'll be off again
