This is Ben Yang, 28 years old, born and raised in San Francisco, California to a couple of restaurateurs who went their separate ways once they realized all the work was basically tearing them apart. His old man remarried about a year after that happened and moved to Busan, leaving Ben there with his mother until he finished high school and could move out without worry about all that or leaving his friends behind.
