i've seen a few people do this recently and i fear that taesoo has gotten really, really unfriendly lately because he's a turd so i'm going to do it too! since there are so many new people now, i'll just reintroduce him. this is choi taesoo, a 27 year old single father of one little miss choi mijin who is two years old (not korean age, that still confuses me) and basically his entire purpose in life. everything he does basically revolves around her at any given time. he also works as a pastry chef at a place nearby, does a lot of baking and can make those really fancy wedding cakes (but he hates fondant because he thinks it's gross) and what have you. he doesn't trust people very easily (especially if you like fondant), he has a tendency to be really closed off but i'd love more people who could kind of get past that and not give up on him because he's kind of ridiculous but deep down he's a real sweetheart, he's just got a lot of baggage and a lot of stress and stuff. he had a pretty wild past, used to drink a lot and did some other really questionable things in his life. he went to america for a while before his daughter was born to study and ended up going back home without finishing because he was garbage. someday i'd looove to get the mother of his daughter around, as of right now she's not really involved in his or their daughter's life but she wants to be. i've said that he doesn't really blame her for wanting nothing to do with being a single unwed mother because south korea is known for being pretty brutal about stuff like that (for example, he was probably denied a lot of jobs and stuff before he got his job now and he pays a buttload in taxes apparently because he's a single father? idk how that works) so yeah, let's do some stuff because i kind of fell off the face of the earth and floated around space for a while and it's cold out here
