As soon as Alex saw the big, frilly dress, she knew it was not for Tess at all. She might not have known the woman well, but she knew her well enough to know that wasn't her style. Tess would need something a little more simple. Maybe a lot more simple. Nikita wouldn't have chosen this dress either, Alex didn't think. Hopefully there would be a good selection of dresses that Tess liked, and they could start narrowing it down from there. She was there to offer opinion and support. It was just nice to get out of the house and see friends every once in awhile, too. And that was part of what this was for Alex.
"I don't know." Caroline said, touching the material of the dress. She did agree that it was much more her style than it was Tess's, but this might be too much for even Caroline. "It might look ridiculous on me." But that didn't matter, because they weren't looking for a wedding dress for Caroline. They were looking for a wedding dress for Tess. And Caroline was sure they'd find the perfect one for her. Until they did, it would be like Tess was playing dress up. The thought made her smile, as she glanced about to see what dress would be more suited to Tess's style.
Veronica had to laugh at the big, poofy dress, honestly. She knew right away it wasn't Tess's style. Veronica and Tess had known one another for a long time. Tess's tastes were much simpler than this. But the tiny blonde had no fears they wouldn't find something. And whatever Tess did choose, it would look amazing on her. Like it was made for her, probably. Tess hadn't officially asked Veronica to be her maid of honor yet, but Veronica knew she was going to. Who else would she choose? "No, that's definitely not Tess's style." She agreed with Bonnie. She didn't know her or Caroline well, or Alex for that matter...but they seemed nice. Maybe a little dramatic, but that was par for the course for most young people.
