Jim was impressed at how quickly she answered the door but he had guessed that she was a polite, well mannered young woman and he wasn't all that surprised when it came down to it. Mary was obviously one who was raised well and had a lot expected of her which he could tell from their few brief conversations. Still he was happy to do this for her, despite barely knowing her. She did seem like a lovely young woman, someone who he could get on well with.
"You are correct, Princess Mary," he told her with a smile and slight bow. He remembered her mentioning that while she was most often called Lady she was truly a Princess back home and he would pay her due respect for that. "Though I would prefer it if you called me Jim," he told her holding out his arm for her. "Are you ready to go?"
