Yes, Regina was a bit later than when she said she'd be - but she had just arrived in a strange town when she expected to land in Neverland, it only made sense she'd require some time to acclimate herself! She assumed that Hook would be willing to wait and he'd have information about their surroundings and also helpful suggestions at the ready for when she did arrive.
Then again, this was Hook. Regina knew she shouldn't have expected much - he seemed to have changed a bit, from that dangerously revenge-driven man who had broken into her castle and was willing to do anything, anything, to find a way to kill the Dark One. Now, when she appeared in his house in a flash, really, the blink of an eye - with some purple smoke - and she was standing prettily in his living room, where her manicured hand curled into a fist, her red painted mouth stretched into a snarl combined with a sneer, he seemed more like a common gigolo.
Especially while on top of some slut.
"This is how you greet me? But kitten, I didn't ask for any snacks," she snapped, thrusting her hands out to knock the pirate from the girl and put him on the floor where he belonged. "So really, it was highly unnecessary to invite part of the whorehouse over."
She didn't care about the blonde. Regina just telekinetically shoved the whole sofa across the room with a flick of her wrist, opened the window, and hurled the girl out of it with little to-do about the whole affair. It was on the first level, she wouldn't break anything. Maybe. And then just to annoy the pirate, a fireball appeared in the palm of both hands. They were pitched like baseballs to various corners of his living room. Maybe she'd destroy all of the appliances too, in addition to leaving scorch marks on the walls.
