She had to admit that she'd hoped that her cooking would have this effect. It wouldn't have been nice to just wake him, but luring him out of bed with food was a different thing all together. She smiled a bit impishly to herself, before looking over at him as she pressed the bacon flat with the spatula.
"I've never had much experience cooking, so this might be interesting for both of us" she laughed. Although she had to admit that it didn't smell inedible. "And yes, not usually a morning person, really, but then I'm not used to having giant plate-glass windows in my bedroom, either."
She grabbed two white coffee mugs from the cabinet and put them down beside the pot, to fill when the coffee had finished brewing. Then she leaned against the counter and smiled at him for a moment, wishing so much that she could reach up and brush the black curl from his forehead.
"Could you take me out to see the town today? I've hardly left the house since I got here."
