TAKUYA KIMURA [231 ICONS]

This man is my precious love. My darling who can do anything because he's Kimura Takuya, and that's the only justification anyone needs. I've found him to be a very versatile PB, too, so he even does that well, goshdarnit. I had so much trouble figuring out how to go about posting these icons, which is why this post is so freaking massive. I just kept making them so I could procrastinate on deciding a format. To separate ages? To separate hair styles? He's been in the industry for over 20 years, so the age range is really wide (late teens/early 20s all the way to late 30s), and he's had a lot of hairstyles in that period of time. Convenient and inconvenient at the same time.

I also have a dream of using him as Laguna Loire from Final Fantasy VIII. That's been my dream for a long time because of that long, gorgeous hair (which I never thought could look good on a man until I was exposed to Kimura), but I've yet to find a FFVIII game that uses PBs and doesn't have a white Squall. Sad. [/tangent]

Wow, this note is so unnecessarily long. But basically, I tried to roughly group by age/hairstyle, but there may be some that can overlap or are a bit out of place. More will probably come just because I'm obsessed with his face (I already have in-progress sets for two of his dramas), but I thought it would be good to go ahead and post what I have. |D I'm posting the younger icons separately because it's a pretty huge age range to put all in the same category, in my opinion.

Wow. So. Ironically, I went looking for KimTaku icons for that very reason. It's nice to know someone's on my wavelength.

	Aww, yay for being on the same wavelength! So perfect for the role. He has a nice range of the silly and serious, and that wonderful hair... :') I wish FFVIII games were more common. I never seem to find them when they're alive. Either way, I'm glad I could help. ;) (Reply to this) (Parent)
