Everybody loves Aunt Melody.

Who: Lorenzo and Melody
When: Midday
Where: Hathaway mansion

When Melody's parents had cut her off financially, there was one thing they hadn't taken into account. Their servants? Fucking loved her. After Melody's accident, a lot of her family had found her annoying. When she was stuck on the bottom level of the house, rolling around in her wheelchair with her guitar, the servants had taken pity on this friendly new person who had taken over the body of one of the monsters. Melody had made friends. She'd even apologized for all those years she'd called the cook a fat, wretched hag and made fun of the maid's mustache. When Melody realized she was going to have to move out, the cook had taught her the basics of how not to starve to death. The maid had showed her how to, you know, make a bed. Now Melody didn't live there anymore, but she still remembered their birthdays and sent them Christmas cards - and usually got one in return. She bought candybars for the maid's son's school fundraiser. She was beloved. So when Melody had a tight month financially, her parents servants would quietly make sure she didn't go without. When both mommy and daddy were out of the house, she'd gotten a call from the maid and was told it was all clear. Happily, Melody had hopped in her car and headed over to her parents house, with the intention of nicking things like laundry detergent and toilet paper. It was a pretty good deal. She'd been doing it for years, and they'd never caught on. Melody wasn't even sure if her siblings were aware that she did it - not that she thought they'd care either way.

So naturally, as Melody went about raiding her parents house, she wasn't really trying to hide what she was doing. She whistled to herself as she filled a grocery bag with her goods, and there was certainly a skip in her step as she headed towards the kitchen to raid the fridge before she left. And when she rounded the corner and saw the step-nephew she hadn't seen in years? She screamed. And then pounced on him with a hug. "Oh my God!" she shouted, throwing her arms around him. "I haven't seen you since the wedding! Gwyneth didn't tell me you were here!"
