The last thing Gavin would ever do would be to tease or taunt someone else. He remembered high school well enough, he remembered getting beaten up and thrown into lockers, the whole nine yards. The bullies hadn't been right to single him out for being different and he could never do that to someone else. Ever. Besides, he didn't know this guy, what was going on in his life, and who was Gavin to judge? He was more of the type to keep his head down and just go about his business, just like he wished the bullies had let him do all those years ago.
But that didn't explain the other man's reaction, almost like he was afraid of Gavin. In Gavin's mind, there was nothing to be afraid of, but he also didn't take into account the fact that he smelled like a tiger now, and another were would pick up on that. Anyone else would have taken advantage of that, but Gavin wouldn't. Gavin didn't know how to be big and imposing. "It's fine, nothing's broken." Gavin smiled and held up his camera to show him. "No harm, no foul, right?" He still couldn't place the guy's scent though. Would it be weird to ask what he was? Was that in poor taste? Langston would have come right out and said it, but Gavin wasn't as forward as his brother ever would be.
