Passing the form over the desk, Spencer held out a pen as well. "Sign and date, and I will get you ready to move first thing tomorrow," she promised with a nod and what might have actually been a small smile. Come hell or high water, she'd make the housing department agree with her.
Listening carefully, Spencer nodded along. It only made sense, of course. "Well, we're working on more housing- the recent fire has set us back a bit but it's nothing we can't recover from. Our housing scarcity problem ought to taper down soon." She hoped. Prayed actually, which was a big deal considering her general lack of faith. "And after I push the housing through, we can both work on getting you enough employees to do your job efficiently."
