"That works," Alyssa agreed, approving of Spencer's plan. The woman might've come off as a little brusque initially, but she was certainly efficient. She got the felling the treasurer would do whatever was neccesary to expidite this plan of action, and Alyssa was appreciative.
"Where to start…" The social worker sighed and dropped her chin into her hand, "We can't foster the kids out to just anyone for the same reason we can't hire just anyone to work for Liberty Haven. We need to conduct background checks and investigations into potential foster parents. Currently, we don't really have the recources to do this properly or efficiently - something which will hopefully change when we have more staff. Apart from that, most people here in Liberty are only just getting back on thier feet themselves. They're not looking for the additional responsibility of taking in a child, especially when there's a housing shortage, which makes finding room for an extra person difficult."
