O.K. I'm totally against Bush and probably voting Kerry, but I do have a problem in my own head:
1) Kerry is very wishy washy and will say things completely contradicting each other so often my head spins (try READING it sometime and you notice it a lot o_O)
2) I almost feel bad for Bush right now.
Firstly, Bin Laden's family disowned Bin Laden himself supposedly a long, long, lomg time ago.
And then that thing where it showed Bush's and Laden's familiy to be in connection with each other... Erm, that connection with the company was there before it was bought by the Bush people, if I've remembered correctly. So it's more likely there was actually no real connection, or at least no real meant connection, but it looks so bad you almost wanna cry for them.
Then there's the whole Iraq thing, which, we really do need to stay until something stable is set up there... We don't want another Afganistan and then another Sept. 11... I dunno whether Kerry will really stay there until people have made it stable or not. But a lot of our problems with the middle east involves leaving before there's any stable government. The Taliban taking over after we got the Russians out of there, etc., etc.
Anyway. Lots of conflicting issues. I'm trying to figure out which of the two I like better, but they both seem really horrible, so all I've got is the attempt to get the lesser of two evils in. It gets like that more and more with elections doesn't it.
It'll probably be Kerry for me because Bush was the one to suggest making homosexual-marriage against the Constitution though. Plus, Bush allowed that late-term abortion thing to pass with NO HEALTH EXCEPTION/RELIGIOUS EXCEPTION. If a lady opts not to have a c-section now because of a religious thing or any other reason and the baby dies she gets in trouble for it?!?! I mean, jeez.
