"I'm seeing one right now," she said, opening her eyes to look at him. "If you and I are walking around, what makes you think that there aren't others?" She wiped at her brow. It really was getting to be too warm out.
"It can't be that hard to have a small garden. Divvying up the work is nice, sure. But there's literally, like, nothing else to do ever. Having a garden would be a nice distraction."
