So far, Lily had been having a nice time on the ship. Okay, so the bit of sea sickness she'd felt the first night or so hadn't been extremely pleasant, but she couldn't complain otherwise. The guests she'd come in contact with had been nice and so far the other employees she'd met had been extremely friendly as well. Meeting Jody had been like a god-send and Lily was truly thankful she had found someone so quickly that she hit it off with. At least she knew she had someone she could talk to when need be.
But as night began to fall, Lily found herself getting a bit restless. The last few nights she had spent wandering around the ship and getting herself acquainted with it bit by bit, but that particular activity didn't look that appealing for the fourth night in a row. The brunette wanted to get out and do something, meet some new people, have fun, anything beside sit in her cabin and watch DVDs she'd seen dozens of times before. So she pulled out the small directory she'd been given upon first arriving and flipped through it, looking for something that caught her eye. She did this a few times, starting at the beginning and working her way through the end, a few times before her eyes landed on The Duck and Dog. Well, that sounded interesting, if not fun. She snatched a pen from her bed stand and made note of what deck it was located on on the palm of her hand before getting up and moving to her closet. She needed to find something to wear.
Almost an hour later she slinked out of her cabin in a pair of form fitting, flare legged jeans, a dark blue halter top and a pair of three inch black, strappy stilettos. Lily had also done her make up a bit heavier than normal and had gone to the extreme lengths of straightening her hair. Locking up behind her, she brushed her bangs away from her face and started on the trek that would ultimately lead her to her destination of The Duck and Dog, though it would be another thirty minutes before she arrived seeing as how she had accidentally gotten off the elevator at deck eleven instead of twelve. Whoops.
Thankful that she didn't know anyone, or that she wasn't meeting anyone, Lily made her way up to the bar and took a seat on one of the open stools. She crossed her legs and licked her done up lips, her hands moving to her back and pulling at her top just a bit as she waited for the bartender to make his way down to her. When he finally did, the brunette smiled and ordered a Crown and Coke.
