"Don't blame you for asking. If our situation's were reversed, I would be asking a million-and-one questions myself," Wesley let out a long, drawn-out sigh. He wanted to tell Louis everything, but it didn't seem right. Instead, he ignored the urge and went along with the changed subject. He recognized the drunk-Louis beginnings and suppressed a grin. He was just like his old Louis. Not that Older!Louis was immensely different... just more grown up and all of that.
"I don't know what to do," Wes shrugged, face falling again into one of confusion and sadness. "I came from a happy life into one that isn't ready for this yet. I don't know how to get back, or how to fix it."
