James looked on at the scene from his vantage point, leaning up against the wall of the general store at the corner of the Square. He couldn't help but feel a bit useless, despite the fact that he'd played his part in figuring things out already, and was likely to be needed again at some point. Nerves jangling, he shuffled from foot to foot, and rubbed his hands together as though cold.
He turned to someone next to him who was also watching the patrol. "Can't help but worry for them. Don't know about you, but my stomach will be in knots until I see them back safe."
