Arran's enjoyment of balloons would've been hard to forget, if Chloe was honest, just because he got so excited by them. Not that she could complain (nor would she), since Arran was right, Chloe did love Christmas a lot and soon it would be time to decorate. It was great that Arran had a house with a roof, Chloe already knew what she wanted for this year's decorating and she needed to start working on Roger, convince him to decorate more than one snowman, too. "We can ask Evan if he'll decorate some pumpkins, or help us," Chloe commented. "We'll definitely invite him and Andrew to the party," she added. They'd have to do that soon, though, since Halloween was in two weeks time.
Chloe gave a small shrug when Arran said how getting paralysed was awful. It was, but then wasn't that also the whole point of bogarts? "Breathing exercises," Chloe explained. "Get over the panic, then you can use magic, then you can just... shake if off." It wasn't particularly funny, but Chloe had never quite understood the principle with which bogarts got banished anyway. The way Arran was describing Obliviators and why he'd been afraid of them made Chloe tiptoe to press a kiss against Arran's wet cheek. "I'd totally protect you from an Obliviator," she assured him with a grin. "Even if it licked you."
