Possibly a long shot, but would anybody be interested in working out a line with Penelope? I'd kill for a Weasley (that isn't Percy) that she might have been matched with at the very beginning? There would be so many different scenarios I'd be interested in playing around with (and would be more than happy to discuss with anybody interested), specifically a line in which both parties agreed not to go through with a marriage/bonding ceremony (because of Percy) but are now starting to rethink their earlier decision and/or develop feelings for one another.
Failing that I'd be happy to consider plenty of other possible pairings. A male BFF she previously didn't think of 'that way' or a slightly younger student that might have had a crush on her when she was a Head Girl... either might be amusing! That, or, you know, the ol' muggleborn/pureblood trope? Merlin knows that'll never get boring! ^^
