Elena'd had her eyes closed, her face tipped up towards the sun, seeing only the soft orange glow of the light through her eyelids - until something blocked it out, that was. She raised one slender, shaped eyebrow and opened the corresponding eye just a little. "You're blocking out the sun," she said, pointing out the obvious. Still, she wasn't really all that interesting in sunbathing now that Damon was here. She sat up a little straighter, opening the other eye too so she could look up at him. "Are you going to sit?" she asked, scooting over on the towel to make room for him.
