Brooke gasped gently when he pulled out and immediately turned and snuggled into his side, like the old days. God, she'd missed cuddling up with him. A little smile played at the corners of her mouth, and she turned her face slightly to let her lips caress the bare, clammy-cool skin of his chest. "Remind me why I wanted to wait again," she murmured. "Because I totally don't know right now." She grinned and peeked up at him from beneath her mascaraed eyelashes. "See, forgetting is easy in the right company."
