Katherine laughed softly. He was still such a gentleman. She wondered what the older Damons thought of him, and what he thought of them. He had changed so much over the years she had been away, and she knew it was her fault that he had become angry and bitter, but she still loved him whatever. Still, what she had said earlier was true; it was this Damon that she had fallen in love with all those years ago.
She let her hands slip from around his neck, resting at his chest instead. "Forgive me, delicate Damon. I am forgetting you are from a more mannered time." She gave him a cheeky smile, pushing herself up onto the toes of her boots to press a quick kiss to his lips. "I would happily find somewhere with walls and doors if it means speanding longer in your company."
