Phoenix Abraxas Malfoy ([info]phoenixabraxas) wrote in [info]landing_rpg,
Phoenix had been lounging in one of the long benches that scattered about the courtyard when he had noticed the familiar handwriting of Dominique Weasley addressing his subtle offer in the journals. They exchanged words, and after their last exchange, he closed the small notebook in his hands, dropped it inside his bag and made his way to the place he and his recent companion agreed to meet.

Boredom. It was something that can too easily get on his nerves. There always just seemed to be nothing to do in Hogwarts these days- or at least that's what the young Malfoy believed. It came as a surprise to him that from the number of students that populated the school Dominique had offered to keep him company. She was a Weasley, supposedly from a clan he shouldn't necessarily interact with, but she was nice and pleasant, and offered him ink when he forgot his inkwell in his quarters. As he entered the castle, his strides casual though not too slow, he decided getting to know the girl woulnd't be such a burden.

Phoenix immediately spotted her in the crowd. There was something about her that almost made it difficult to look away. "Been here long?" he asked politely. "I came as fast as I could."
