Liz was a little startled -- but pleasantly so -- to see that the redheaded girl she'd approached wasn't straight out of the Middle Ages. She had a modern haircut and spoke in 21st century English. Good. That ruled out time travel, and probably ruled out visions, since ghosts tended to speak archaically.
"Um, I'm fine," Liz answered, instinctively moving her hand to the back of her head. When the other girl offered her hand, Liz lowered hers from her head and took it. "I'm Liz ..."
"Bad news? That doesn't sound good," she added, frowning a little as well, unconsciously mirroring Willow's expression. "I guess ... the good news first, that's how it's usually done, right?"
