Armand ([info]vagabond_child) wrote in [info]labyrinth_rpg,
Armand could hear Marcus coming long before he actually saw him, and he was pleased. He stood there, almost gloating, as the Ranger pushed open the front doors and stepped out. It had worked. With Marcus, he could never be sure. He wasn't sure what this Ranger training involved, but it made the dark-haired man resistant to his mental attacks. This annoyed the vampire, but also intruiged him. It was probably the main reason he kept seeking the Ranger out.

"It's lovely to see you, too, Marcus Cole of Babylon 5." He stepped toward him, his eyes scanning the human from head to toe. "You look amazing, but you didn't have to dress up just for me, you know." His laugh was soft and cruel, and he held out his hand to the Ranger invitingly.

"We both know, mortal, that you cannot resist my call. So why not make this easy on yourself? If you come to me willingly, I may not make this a complete nightmare for you." He was being sincere, in his own way. He was undecided if he wanted to hurt Marcus or not, and figured he'd leave that up to the Ranger himself.
