Gabrielle's already large green eyes widened, and she shook her head. "No, Gods, no. I only got here a week ago. The only natives I know of are the goblins, but I have a suspicion about some of the people that look human, too. Somehow, they just don't seem right..." Those who tended the concession stands, for example. They seemed to be alright, but when you looked away, it was hard to remember their faces. But she put that question aside, because the wind kept tugging at her cloak, making her remember just how chilly it was out.
"Fraulein? What does that mean?" Always curious, she was pretty much constantly ready to learn something. And she'd certainly never heard that word before. "Yes, the King gives you a room, but I'll warn you, it's strange. When you get through the Labyrinth, though, you get a whole new place, which is much better." She smiled at him. "I think you have to go get your room key from a desk in the big building. I'll take you there, if you like!" Her smile was friendly, warm, and open.
