Well, she was certainly a friendly one, Rose would give her that. Despite her obvious worry over the situation, and in fairness who wouldn't be, the young woman seemed completely good-natured. It might've been a bit irritating were Rose not so desperate for someone who she could lean on in this place. She was growing more independent since she'd been away from the Doctor, but considering the huge switch in her life with little to no warning, she was undoubtedly needier than usual. And this was te first truly kind person she'd met in person.
Considering this fact, Rose tucked a piece of hair, much lighter and more boring than her companion's, behind her ear. "No," she aid quietly. "I don't think so, at least. There's so many people here, though... It's hard to tell. I know one girl, she said she was from Greece and she apparently has battled the gods? I know she said she was from this...this Mirage. A living planet." A phenomenon still so baffling to Rose that she'd give anything to be back at Torchwood, analyzing the possibilities. "No men, though, sorry. Course, I only just got here myself. Still meeting people." Well, she would be if she'd ever leave her room. Now was the time, she supposed.
About this place? God, what was there to tell? "We've been kidnapped," she supplied, considering the woman's questions carefully. Strange? That wasn't the adjective Rose would've chosen. "By some horrible little creature who's declared himself king. And, so he says, there's no way out. You'll get a journal and a key to your room... Ours hovered in front of us till we took it. Enchanted, I guess? Never believe in magic much before now but..." But there was no denying some of the things happening around her were, indeed, beyond ordinary scientific explanation. Not without plenty more thought, at least. "It's insane, I'll grant you that." What was it she'd told the tattoo-ed bloke? That perhaps it was about time she went insane? Truer story was never told.
