Anxiously, Rose pushed a few strands of hair off of her face. It was so unlike her, opening up to a complete stranger. She'd kept her walls up and tightly for so long that she almost didn't believe it. But she did need to get this out, and desperately. And honestly, she had the feeling her companion could stand to talk, too.
"It's funny," she commented carelessly, looking around them as she shoved her hands in her pockets. "You'd think... I mean, we're technically being imprisoned here. You'd think it'd be dull and dark and awful, but it's actually really beautiful, you know?" She'd been captured before, had her life threatened, but never had she had anyone make her jail time so...comfortable. "Where are you from, anyway? I feel foolish, having not asked and all."
