iHola mis amigos!

I'm Alejandra (Alej) and I'm new here. I will be bringing in River Tam. :) She's brought in just after Objects in Space and pre Serenity (if you've seen the movie you'll know why I did this ::pats wash::) River is my favorite character to play and I'm really excited to be bringing her here since I miss Mirage.

For those of you who don't know River: she is a genius 16 year old girl who has had her brain played around with. She is very emotional and can go from happy angry or in hysterics at a drop of a dime. She is a 'reader' of sorts. She is not psychic but she picks up on thoughts that are 'leaked out of people's brains'. This allows her to understand people as well as their past and things that would take years of friendship to know. This also allows her to know the immediate future.

But don't worry I'll be 'dumbing' her down a bit so she doesn't know everything about everyone. Where'd be the fun in an rpg if she knew all? lol

As for me I'm an 18 year old freshman in college. Currently I'm an english and history major though I have no idea what I'm doing. But I'm working on it. lol.

My aim is: adanesne2 I'm always open for plotting. Hit me up whenever. :)

Hi, I'm Kelly, and here are my pups!

caspianseafarer who is Caspian from The Chronicles of Narnia fame. Book verse, thank you very much. lol! He's pulled from the end of The Silver Chair, so he looks young, is actually 66, and dead. He's sort of reverting back to being a happy-go-lucky teenager though, which is always fun.

doccullen as in Carlisle Cullen, from Twilight. He's a vampire, and is really just a nice guy. He's got a son (Edward) in game, and just got here.

juniper_golding from The Juniper Game, who is a telepathic time and dimension traveller with precognitive abilities. Mouthful, but she's a lot of fun.

And last but most certainly not least,

timelordlastof, the Doctor, from Doctor Who. He's pulled from the end of the fourth season, so if you watch, you'll know what that's about, if not....check the bio?

Juniper: I don't actually know this one. Though my River is rather curious about her.

I love your charies! I would love to plot with any, if not all of them. :) I will be checking their bios anyway 'cause River tends to pick up things fast with people. :)

She's got a pretty decent wall up, but it tends to slip once she's comfortable with someone, which doesn't take long. Welcome to the game, and yay for River! Its really nice to see new people joining and taking up new roles. My name is Vista and I've currently got Wash on reserve and waiting to hear back on my application! So if all goes well River won't be entirely alone. My first character is Sarah Williams from the Labyrinth fandom and I know she'll be more than happy to help River out if she needs it! :D

	Haha. Wash is very much my favorite Firefly character, and its been a while snice I've had a smart-ass muse. I figured why not. I've been contemplating a lot of different characters and I just finally had to choose one. As for Sarah, I'll be more than glad to have her pop in when River shows up. Hello, this is Geoff. I am playing Severus Snape, from Harry Potter, and Marcus Cole, from Babylon 5. I haven't watched Firefly, yet (what am I waiting for?) but I have a small idea of who River is. I suspect Snape would see someone student-aged when he looked at her, and I'm not sure that Marcus would know how to take her at first, but he would figure something out. They both know how to use meditation and self discipline to control their own minds, and would wonder if any of those tricks work for her.

Well, I left her app up in her profile. You could skim it if you like. I just tried to give a brief overview in my intro. Though if you ever have any questions I'm always willing to help explain. She is student age, 16 actually, So that'd work for Snape. Though I'm not so sure how that would work on her. She's a reader and would know they can do that. It might work at first but afterwards she might learn quickly a way around them. Idk. We can figure it out when the time calls for it. :)

I can't wait to play in the game with you!

I think they would too actually. Though I have a question for you as to whether or not you'd think she'd know about the werewolf thing? I just saw your intro and noticed you're bringing him from just at the end of Twilight. That's rather interesting. I've never seen that before, go you on originality! But what do you think? Know, not know? idk

I have Xena from Xena Warrior Princess, Giselle from Enchanted, Robin from Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, Cathal from the Sevenwaters Series by Juliet Marillier, Pandora from the New Tales of the Vampires by Anne Rice and Olive Snook from Pushing Daisies.

They are all available for plot and I think all of them will react differently to River. Glad to have you aboard, hope you enjoy it here!

Hi, there! I'm Jen, I mod this place, and I'm pretty sure that I know you from ~mirage_rpg. In any case, either way, welcome, and it's great to have you and River here!

I have way too many characters, so let's get to them!

Jareth- He would be the one who thought River would make a nice addition to the Underground. He's mostly a plot device/NPC.

Tonks- Pregnant witch from Harry Potter, sweet, likes to laugh, and all that jazz. She's a lot of fun to be around, really, and will be friendly with anyone.

Legolas- My pretty little elf from LotR. Again, he's friendly, will talk anyone's ear off that lets him, is really good with his bow and decent with knives. And... he's really pretty.

Faith- The dark Slayer from Buffy, kind of bitchy, kick ass fighter, and still a kick to be around, somehow. Currently running the Labyrinth naked. Why? Just cause she couldn't be bothered to put clothing on before going in.

Armand- From Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles, this angelic-looking vampire was taken to the Underground right after he tried to kill himself. He speaks like an Anne Rice novel, which means it's pretty much all poetry, and can do all the vampire things like reading minds, controlling people, ect. Don't worry, I don't do this to anyone without permission.

Gabrielle- Xena's sidekick. She's a bard, but isn't bad with a staff or knives, and has become a bit of a warrior herself. She's fairly optomistic, likes most people, and is really just a female, human version of Legolas.

Yuna- From Final Fantasy X, this girl is quiet, solemn, and serious to a fault. She will be polite to absolutely everyone, no matter how they treat her. She also has the ability to heal wounds, and summon giant monsters to protect her.

Anyway, they're all available for plotting! Welcome to the fun!

Hey! I think I remember you as well. At least I think you only had Tonks and Jareth when I was there.

Jareth: River shakes fist at him. Though I have a question for you. River can understand and solve things really fast. How would that work with the labryinth? I can 'dumb' her down a bit so she's stuck as well.

Tonks: I love Tonks! :) lol. Pregnant? oh wow, River wants to go and touch her stomach now to see what it is.

Legolas: love LotR! She'd be quiet and let him talk her ear off. But after a while she might just look at him and be like: You talk a lot...but what is it like to be an elf *touch ears* lol

Faith: Naked? oh wow. lol River: *wide-eyed/tilt-head*

Armand: Love him! lol. River might get a little nervous what with the whol drink blood thing. But she'd like the way he talks.

Gabrielle: I don't know much of Xena. Sorry but if she's anything like legolas it'd be interesting. Also probably a good sparring partner. lol

Yuna: yay Final Fantasy! I was actually debating about Rikku. But here is River. Maybe in the near future I'll bring her in.

Warning ahead of time, what with River's knowing things, I'll be really vague about it but I don't want to overstep any boundaries. So is there anything you'd rather I have her not understand about your characters?

Not that I'm officially a mod or anything, but far as the Labyrinth goes - at its center is the pathmaker, and its because of him that the Labyrinth is always changing and adapting. Also, from what I know of Mercy and Faith's current run through of the Labyrinth they've met up with Werewolves and Vampires. So the things been upgraded to have nasties pop out. Don't think River would have an easy time with it as well, but there'd be no fun in solving it in quick now would there?

Yeah, that sounds about right.

Sarah mun has it right, yes. The Labyrinth is tailored to people in it, so even Sarah, who's been through it before, wouldn't have an easy time of it.

Oooh, that works, actually! She's almost five months pregnant, but has only known for a couple of days. Observant! Tonks is observant! So River could tell her things like how far along she was, if it's a boy or girl, that sort of thing.

Oooh, Legolas likes people who touch his ears, LOL! They're very sensitive.

RIKKU! You should bring her in. Yunie would love to have her around.

As far as I'm concerned, you can know whatever about any of my characters. I'm not picky about it. So go nuts, dear!

Hi!! I'm Viki, and I'm here at Lab playing two (for now) little cuties. Though River's age inspires me, since my current hold is an ickle, too. ANYWAY.

Currently I've got Rose Tyler of Doctor Who and Ned from Pushing Daisies. Rose is MOSTLY friendly and she'll be pretty intrigued by River. She'll weird Ned out, not gonna lie. But River's precognitive ability MAY pick up Ned's little 'wake the dead' secret, if you wanted. He hasn't told anyone here in this verse, so it might be pretty interesting. =D Welcome!!!

I'm sorry to say I only vaguely know Ned from Pushing Daisies. She would know about the whole 'wake the dead' secret, though that's up to you if you will let me. I don't want to overstep any boundaries with anyone on the whole 'reading/knowing' thing. But if you're fine with it I'll play with it. But he doesn't need to worry, she won't tell anyone but she'll have fun following him to understand how he does it better. XP lol

:) The younger people. Eragon, who I'd be done with by now if the first book weren't epically full of STUFF, is only 16, too.

Rose says she'll try and avoid Miranda, if that's okay! But brainy people are her thing, apparently, so she'll stick around with River.

I'm absolutely fine with it! She can get all cryptic on him and make him panicky or come right out and say it and make him even MORE panicky or whatever makes you and River happy. Here he'll mostly stick to plants, foods, and small...critters. Though I'd love for him to accidentally bring a goblin back to life, OOH PLOT DEVICE!

Ohhh, sorry I missed that.

I don't really know that much about him. But from what I do know (not from the movie a friend told me. I heard the movie was a terrible representation)I think River will like him and find the whole dragon thing interesting.

Alright cool. 'cause she can't help it really (Simon jokes she has a third eye) but I can always 'dumb' her down just in case. Let me know if she ever gets too far, I'll pull her back.
