Labyrinth OOC

Hey all!

I actually meant to post this a couple of days ago, but it's production week at the theatre I work at, so it's been a few long days at the shop. In any case! Better late than never, right? XD

I'm Lia, 24 years old and I'm -- wait, wrong meeting. ;^) But I am Lia, I am 24 and I'm bringing the wonderful, flirtatious, hero-complex ridden Captain Jack Harkness to the game! As for a little bit about me, as I mentioned I'm currently working at a small community theatre in the costume department, and this fall I begin the grand adventure of Law School! No, I don't know where I'm going yet, I'm waiting on a couple more schools but it's down to Pace University in NYC and Case Western (if I get in there, stupid school taking forever and a day...)

As for Jack, he's coming into the game following the finale of season 2 of Torchwood (Exit Wounds), but before the whole Medusa Crusade schtuffs that closed series 4 of Doctor Who (Stolen Earth, etc). Jack is dealing still with the losses of Owen and Tosh, trying to deal with the knowledge that so much happened because of his brother... and attempting to look good while doing it all. ;^) He'll flirt with anything regardless of age, sex, species... and perhaps a few inanimate objects as well. Though, Jack says he'd like to know why the Doctor always tells him to stop flirting when all he's done is introduce himself. *g*

Now that you've made it through the tl;dr introduction -- brief version! Hi, I'm Lia. I'm playing Captain Jack Harkness -- and will be available once this weekend hits for plotting and such! Glad to be aboard! ♥

Yo ho, me hearties. *snicker* Anyway, I'm another Jen who will be going by the nom de plume of "J" or "Jenny" - whichever you feel like dubbing me. I'm 28 and from the armpit of the US, New Jersey. But I really live in a computer because my job requires I be online all the time. I have a penchant for playing male characters so at this point I'm tossing in Captain Jack Sparrow with the possibility of others later if Jen says I'm a good enough girl.

Jack is here from the illustrious belly of Davy Jones's Kraken. He's just had a kiss from Elizabeth Swann, his love (yes, I'm a bit fangirly about that), and been chained to the mast of a ship to be eaten by the Kraken. That's about the middle of Dead Man's Chest, I believe. He's charming when it suits him and often appears to be drunk, even if he's not. He enjoys piña coladas and getting caught in the rain taking over at the wheel and steering most situations toward either adventure or rum.
