Who: Letha & Jeremiah When: Week Nine; Tuesday Jan. 27th - Evening Where: Back garden of the Pierdut home Summary: Furry kitten cuteness Rating: TBD
The moment the black little kitten had been placed in her arms, a bit more if ice from around Letha's heart had melted. Not that there was much ice there anymore, Jeremiah had seemed to be melting it all perfectly on his own; the kitten had seemed to just help the melting of it a bit more.
Letha had never wanted a pet after being turned. She had thought it useless as she would outlive it and she thought going through a heartbreak each time a pet died pretty useless. What it was, though, that she really didn't want to get attached to anything. It seemed Jeremiah was finding ways for her to change herself in some ways.
For the past couple of days she had started bonding with the little creature in which she had named Onyx. She had played with it, fed it, cuddled with it. Tonight she was out in the garden and watching as it bounced around the dead foliage, pouncing on anything that moved in the light breeze that came through. The little kitten also liked to play hide and seek as well as pounce on any being that moved past it's hiding point as well.
"Oh Onyx," she giggled as she pretended to look for the little kitten. With her heightened sense of smell, she could easily track it, but Onyx so enjoyed the game that she played along as she waited for Jeremiah to join them from doing whatever it was that he was doing. She didn't think he was cooking again, she had regained her blood lust the other day and though she had loved the time she spent actually eating meals with Jeremiah, she was glad to be back into her full vampire form, blood lust and all.
