Who: Letha & Jeremiah aka Drifter
When: Week Twelve; Saturday Feb 21st - Very early, between midnight and one
Where: Graveyard
Summary: Letha is let loose of her possession and Rinth oddities finally and a text for Seven has her searching for her childe and lover
Warning: TBD
Letha had been in a form of haze that had started on the past Wednesday. Something had nagged at her, she'd felt incomplete but she hadn't understood what it was. It wasn't until Thursday that she went for a walk, finding herself outside of Nevermore Bookstore and knew that whatever it was she was missing was inside that store.
A step inside and she'd come face to face for what it was she wished to have; Phineas. It was apparent he was in the same boat as she, feeling the same thing as she, and there was nothing she wanted more than to keep him all to herself for eternity. It was during this time that she had closed the link between she and Jeremiah, not wanting even he to interfere with what was going on between she and Phineas.
Phineas and she had shared time together, she and he had locked themselves away for the duration of the haze that Rinth had bestowed upon the two of them. They shared a sweet time, talking and just being with each other.
Come midnight, the beginning of Saturday, the haze had lifted and what had happened settled over the two of them. Neither understood what it was, though there was a sort of connection they shared. Letha promised Phineas she would see him again, that she would come back in a day or two but that there was other things that she needed to attend to and she needed to clear her head.
She'd left and started to wander the streets, slowly making her way back to the manor when she'd received the text from Seven. Go find your childe he'd said. He was alive, that much she knew; even with the link between she and Jeremiah closed, she'd know if he had died or not.
Taking a moment, she cleared her mind of everything that had happened and focused solely on Jeremiah, she kept the link closed, but she could sense him. When she had an idea of where to go she started in that direction. It would have been easier had she opened the link, spoke to him telepathically, but she didn't want him seeing everything else until she could understand everything herself.
It took time, to walk across town, to follow the pull of where he might be. She knew he'd had been at the circus, if Seven had saw him it was there. So she'd started that way and then veered off. Soon enough she was walking through the cemetery and only stopping when she came across an open grave.
"Oh Jeremiah," she spoke softly, letting her voice linger down to the body in the grave. He was there, and she could smell the booze, silver, and whatever else he had poured into his system to get him inebriated as he had. "My love...I am here. Wake up, darling," she crouched down, the heels of her boots sinking into the soft dirt.
