"This is not so bad, then. Not so difficult at all." Dr Carre nodded. "There are some measures that can be tried...if they do not work in a week or two, we can go for something less...passive."
She explained carefully what they would have to get, and where they might be able to find it, and also wrote a pair of prescriptions.
"There will be some bleeding, and some cramping, but it should not be too much worse than a very bad monthly. If it is, or goes on for more than two days, you should call me. Either way, I will come to check."
