"It's no problem," Victoire replied with a small smile.
"I suppose you're right, really," she replied. "No difference anymore. You can hardly call anything a job when you're making next to nothing. The only thing you can do is pretend it's something you don't mind doing for free." There was a slight bitterness to her voice. She sipped her coffee.
"I play music. Piano. And I sing. But it is only in spare time, and I haven't done so in a very long time."
