a note about the atn set: press play AFTER you have cropped and lightened/screened/made whatever adjustments to the contrast of the photo. my action set starts after the screen/lightening process because every picture is different. this is how they usually turn out. i didn't lighten either britney photo because they were already very bright, all i did was crop. adjust the sharpen layer (or delete it) for more blur/glow and adjust any other layers and opacities however you like!

*eta: this set is mine, i recorded it myself from the technique everyone was using a few years ago. i'm not sure who this person is going around and saying they made it and it's a walmart version they no longer endorse lol, but....idk what they're talking about! they have their version at ~tentacool you can grab if you like it better, it's all love! http://tentacool.insanejournal.com/16715.html
