Day: 8/21 - Time: 10:30pm
Spirits were no longer high. Instead, Peter'd run through so many different scenarios he couldn't quite place the number, but what he did know was that his breakthrough was seemingly a dead end.
Now, he was in his chair, with it tilted back, staring at the ceiling with his eyes squinted, his feet up on the table, shaking his head. He rubbed at his temples, the exhaustion daring to take him over, "I don't understand. If they can be tracked across space and time, there should be zero reason they can't be tracked now. Nothing should block them. They get through lead, stone, metal, fabric, I've tried every known substance..." Peter frowned, talking to no one in particular, the audible voice giving him some extra focus in this regard.
