The Master paced back and forth, eyes closed and fists clenched as he struggled to control himself. Somebody else... "Then what's the point?" He muttered to himself. Openening his eyes and glaring angrily up at the platform overhead, he gritted his teeth together and stopped pacing. "Then what's the point?" he asked louder this time. "There is no fucking point! No matter what I do or say, it'll never matter. It'll never be good enough because you prefer my future self. Fucking Harkness will always be at the ready to put a bullet into my head. And the rest are disappearing one by one."
The Master took a deep breath to steady himself and began walking up the stairs, heading for the TARDIS' doors. He paused, hand resting on the door. "You saw someone else in Missy. But no matter how many times you regenerate, I always see you."
