Getting grilled by Batman was probably a lot more pleasant when you'd grown up seeing him as a hero in a comic book. Jason wondered if there were kids in Gotham who'd give anything to have Batman quiz them. Probably. The reality wasn't as entertaining, though Jason had to admit that he still cared about the old man and understood where his paranoia came from.
"Thanks for teaching him about the space bubble," Jason said, raising his glass to Dean. "Any luck teaching him to move? Seems like he forgets sometimes that people aren't statues."
Home was still a funny concept. Jason ran away from it more often than he ran to it. "A bit," he agreed. "You got that too, huh?"
