"Yeah," Harry agreed, "I am an idiot." He watched the two for a moment longer then shook his head. When it appeared that neither of them were going to come to blows Harry stepped back and shoved his hands into his pockets.
"You deal with him, Gambit. I don't know a damned thing about your abilities but you're about to teach him to control them. It's on your head if he blows something up, got it? I'll hold you accountable for every building, wall, or lamp post that comes down." Harry stared hard at Gambit for a moment then looked back at Sabo.
Damage control, that was all Harry had been aiming for. He could teach a man to control fire, but he didn't know how to make bombs stop forming at your fingertips. Sabo's abilities weren't far out of Harry's realm of understanding either. He seemed to be able to perform some really neat shit, but that was for later, that was for when Harry hadn't forced the younger man to suck up his trauma and walk all over it in the process.
Harry sighed, then he walked away from both of them. Let them deal with their own shit, his freaking head hurt.
