It was all so ridiculous, so different and had no direct reaction to her memory that all she could do was laugh. It was that or weep, and laughing seemed the more easy thing to do. Probably not a kind thing, considering, but so far this day wasn't exactly going well. If apologies were necessary later, she'd deal with it then.
She set her hands on her face, "of course not. Why would this day go any better?" That could never be normal. She was rather hoping it wasn't. In the end she let out a long sigh and removed her hands, feeling not calmer but at least she'd hit a certain resignation about everything. "I am hoping for decency." She crossed her arms and looked to the table and notes.
"You know me then?" She asked hopefully. "As I do not. I have no knowledge of names, yours or mine, and no knowledge of where either." She set her fingers on her temples in frustration. "I do not know anything. Nothing is familiar. So, who are you, why don't you have clothes, where am I and exactly what is going on? Those are questions I would like to see answered. There are others, but those seem to be the more important ones."
